How far are the rooms from the beach?
The distance varies depending on the location of the room. The property is about 400 m from the sea, to go a small part within an underpass that allows the crossing of the provincial road that separates the Garden from the sea, and the rest within a wonderful oak forest, where benches are also available to take a break or to enjoy the shade on hot days.
Where are the various types of rooms located?
All rooms are divided into two-storey buildings without elevator, located within the garden of Garden Toscana Resort. The property has Classic Standard, Classic Comfort, Quadruple Castle, Family, Family Comfort and Linked rooms. The Classic Standard rooms are located mostly on the upper floors (first or second floor); the Classic Comfort on the contrary are mostly located on the ground floor and in the central area, those on the upper floors are concentrated in the three buildings Comfort, closer to the pine forest and the tennis area: Tecoma, Nynphea and Cesalpina. The Classic Quadruple with bunk beds are located exclusively on the ground floor, and there are in all buildings except those Comfort. The Family Rooms and the Family Room Comfort are both located mostly on the upper floors (first or second floor): the first are in the entire Resort area while the second are only in the Comfort buildings. The Linked rooms are exclusively on the ground floor and in the central area, except in the Comfort buildings. Is there an elevator to the upper floors?
No, there is no elevator in any of the rooms.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Garden is accessible. We have Classic Standard rooms on the ground floor where the bathroom is up to standard for people with mobility difficulties (easy bathroom, grab bars, shower without box etc); inside the structure there are no architectural barriers that prevent people with mobility difficulties from using our services.
In the pool there are special slides for access to the water, which is only possible via ladders.
Is the beach wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but it’s better to reach our beach equipped with a guide who is helpful in the entrance to the underpass, in the path inside the oak forest and for access to the sea. On the beach there is a chair job.
What is the Club Card and what does it include?
Mandatory from the age of 3, € 9.00 per person per day from May 31st to September 11th, and ’ 4.00 per person per day in the remaining periods.
The Club Card includes:
BEACH
An umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (starting from the second row, without assignment) at the equipped beach.
SPORTS
- Free use of the basketball, volleyball, five-a-side football, table tennis, beach volleyball and bowls courts;
- One sports tournament per week;
- A weekly group course (tennis, swimming, SUP and surfing) from 31 May to ’ 11 September
- Use of the tennis court for one hour per stay per room (subject to availability, for those staying a minimum of 14 nights there will be two free hours per stay);
- Use of the gym with technical support from specialized personnel (present from 31 May to ’11 September);
- 2 hours of city bikes per room per room (2 bikes per room, with child seat);
- Hydrobike activity in the central swimming pool;
- Outdoor CrossFit activities, postural gymnastics and MammaFit, an activity designed for pregnant women and young children.
VARIOUS
- Participation in naturalistic and “relaxation experience” activities that are part of the project #principionaturale (from 31 May to 11 September, excluding paid activities)
- Free Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms
- Daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children.
*All outdoor activities mentioned in the club card and in the previous paragraphs are subject to climatic conditions.
**It should be noted that animation activities, theatrical performances and experiences related to the #principionaturale, are offered exclusively in Italian.
Is the Club Card included in the price?
No, the club card is always an extra cost to be settled upon arrival at the property.
Is the umbrella included in the price?
The beach service is included in the Club Card, to the extent of n.1 umbrella + n. 2 sunbeds per room, regardless of the number of occupants of the room, from the second row onwards and with free occupancy.
Can I book an umbrella in the front row?
To have the umbrella in the first row, booked for the duration of your stay, you must add to your stay the Prestige Package, available on request, subject to availability, and for a fee.
Are all the restaurants in the Resort included?
The main restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner is the Melograno Restaurant. During the high season there are also two other restaurants, Il Lecceto open for lunch and the Gardenia open for dinner, which upon verification of availability can be used as an alternative, without supplement.
Are there any restaurants that aren’t buffet style?
The “La Corte dei Cavalleggeri” restaurant, open only for dinner, upon reservation and for a fee.
Are restaurants always open?
Melograno Restaurant accompanies the opening of the Resort from the first to the last day of the season; all the others are seasonal and may not be available in low season or in case of adverse weather conditions.
Is it possible to recover meals not consumed during the week?
The packages of full and half board do not include changes on meals. The management of the services not used turns out to be very difficult for the degrees numbers that we manage. You can request the travel basket when you decide not to dine or have lunch in the Resort.
What is La Dispensa Di Blumillo? Is a reservation required for the duration of your stay?
Assistance service for the preparation of baby food, designed for parents and small children during meal times. Basic foods such as vegetable broth, meat broth, vegetable puree, steamed meat and fish, cooked ham and cheeses, vegetables, fruit, semolina, rice cream, juices, legumes are provided. Mothers will be able to integrate baby food with their products. Homogenised and child-specific products are not provided. A dedicated operator guarantees maximum safety in preparing the meals of the little ones.
Does your restaurant offer gluten-free food?
Yes, for guests suffering from food intolerances (gluten/ lactose) packaged basic products are available (ready-made pasta, pizza, bread, gluten-free biscuits and/or lactose, lactose-free ice cream); since the kitchens of our restaurants are not certified for celiacs, it is necessary to report at the time of booking: the chef and the manager of the room will be at your disposal for clarification and advice on the dishes on the buffet.
Are pets allowed here?
No, pets are not allowed, but they are in another of our facilities located a few hundred meters from us, of which we invite you to visit the site https///www.residence-san-vincenzo.com/
What services does the Mini Club offer?
The Mini Club welcomes guests from 3 years of age; in the high season follows a continuous schedule from morning until late afternoon (Sundays with reduced hours to be verified on site); the activities are multiple, the animators will bring the little ones both to the sea and the pool involving them in recreational activities of various kinds
Why not accept children under the age of 3 at the mini club?
At the mini club children over 3 years old are accepted upon arrival at the Resort. Children under 3 years can play peacefully at our playground accompanied by parents
Are beach towels included?
They are included with free change for those who buy Comfort accommodation and for those who buy the Prestige Package, for other Guests can be rented directly at the Point Teli, on availability and payment.
Can I start my stay with lunch?
No, stays start with dinner on the day of arrival and end, depending on the treatment purchased, with lunch or breakfast on the day of check out. For those who leave before meal time, you can request the breakfast box or pocket lunch at reception, the day before leaving the hotel.
What time can we check in?
Check in is from 17:00, however you can arrive a few hours before: if the room is ready you will be delivered immediately, otherwise you can leave your luggage in storage and wait to be contacted by the reception for the delivery of the keys. The possibility to use immediately some services, for example beach and/ or pool, is not guaranteed, and you can check it on arrival at the reception.
What time do I need to check out?
Check out is by 10:00 am, except for those who have purchased the Prestige package who can keep their room available until 13:00. Guests who have lunch included must still vacate the room at the scheduled time, can leave their luggage in storage and wait for the opening of the restaurant.
Do you have insurance in case of holiday cancellation?
Yes, we have extensive insurance coverage in case of cancellation, interruption and travel assistance.
However, our insurance can only be taken out by guests residing in Italy.
What is the #PRINCIPIONATURALE?
From 31 May to ’11 September, the Garden offers a rich program of activities and excursions designed to foster an authentic connection with nature, as part of the “Natural Principle” project.
Aimed at guests of all ages, the experiences range from holistic practices to guided walks within the resort, designed to raise awareness of the over 400 species of plants present; from workshops in the educational garden to cycling or sea excursions; up to meetings at the educational hive, which aim to raise awareness among the little ones about the value of biodiversity, to educational-environmental workshops to discover forest animals and local fauna and to evocative astronomical evenings. A unique opportunity to rediscover the territory in a sustainable and harmonious way.
What is Infant Club?
Garden presents its Infant Club: personalized assistance service dedicated to infants from 12 to 36 months, active from 31 May to 11 September. In a reserved area with a sleeping room, changing table area and specific games for early childhood, our specialized operators will take care of the youngest children. Optional service, upon availability with a limited number of children and for a fee at the price of € 30 per two-hour slot, to be booked and paid on site.

Are there additional packages available for purchase?
PRESTIGE PACKAGE
It is possible to add the Prestige package to the reservation, for a fee and with limited availability. This includes the assignment of an umbrella in the front row at the beach, a courtesy line “luxury” and a Garden gift, as well as beach towels with free change. Guests can enjoy late check-out until 1 pm and in-room minibar service, with a free daily refill of water, soft drinks and juices, accompanied by a snack in the room on the day of arrival.
The Prestige Formula also includes a reserved table at the Melograno restaurant, located in a dedicated area, with bottled water and wine, as well as a welcome aperitif and lunch on the day of arrival (with an unassigned table). Dedicated parking in Prestige reserved areas, outdoors, is included. For stays of at least one week there is a wellness program per person and, for everyone, the possibility of recharging the electric car for free.
