Accessibility Declaration
10 June 2025
Erredici srl undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law 9 January 2004, n. 4. This accessibility declaration applies to the website www.gardentoscanaresort.com.
Status of conformity
Partly compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance and/or derogations listed below.
Inaccessible contents
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Failure to comply with Law 9 January 2004, no. 4.
- In some sections of the site, such as the footer, the navigation menu, some text boxes, buttons and other text elements, the text may be small in size under certain viewing conditions. Please note that these elements do not contain main content and are still readable.
- In some parts of the site there are texts with a non-optimal visual contrast, for example in the presence of blue text on light backgrounds.
- In the headers of some pages, the titles appear above background images. A visual effect has been applied to increase the contrast between text and image, but in some situations readability may still not be optimal.
- Contact forms do not use labels to indicate the content of the fields (placeholders are used, which the standard does not consider sufficient)
- Some pages contain buttons that link to different sections of the site, but they have the same text, while they should have a more precise indication of the destination.
- The image descriptions are only in Italian, due to limitations of the site architecture.
b) Disproportionate burden.
It is believed that the changes necessary to intervene in points A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 are not consistent with the layout of the site as changing the contrasting colors would ruin the harmony of the site. It is also believed that these are minor shortcomings that are already sufficiently corrected (although not perfectly) to allow adequate accessibility with the tools implemented and used.
Point A6 would require a complete redesign of the translated sections, related to the architecture used. However, possible alternatives are being considered.
c) The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation.
- The section dedicated to the management of cookies and the information banner are provided by an external service, and may have limitations in terms of accessibility. Since they are not directly customizable, they are excluded from the scope of the legislation. In case of difficulty, it is possible to contact support to receive alternative information.
- The interactive geographic maps, videos and spam protection blocks (ReCaptcha) are integrated by external services. Since they cannot be directly modified, the content may not be fully accessible for some users. Again, it is possible to contact support to receive alternative indications.
